Role overview
TruckSoft Logistics Limited is looking for a Safety Analyst to strengthen safety performance across its logistics and fleet activities. In this position, you will review safety information, spot hazards and patterns, support regulatory adherence, and help put measures in place that reduce incidents and improve day-to-day operational safety.
What you will do
- Track safety records, incident reports, near-miss cases, and driver performance indicators to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
- Build reports, dashboards, and management summaries that present safety performance clearly.
- Carry out risk evaluations and help implement corrective as well as preventive actions.
- Check that company safety rules, procedures, and legal requirements are being followed.
- Review accidents, incidents, and safety breaches, then help shape recommendations that reduce repeat occurrences.
- Use fleet monitoring and telematics tools to observe driver conduct, vehicle activity, and safety-related alerts.
- Support safety inspections, audits, and compliance checks across fleet and logistics operations.
- Help create and deliver safety awareness campaigns and training sessions.
- Keep safety files, documentation, and regulatory submissions accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with operations, maintenance, and fleet teams to raise overall safety standards.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Logistics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a similar discipline.
- Between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience in safety, compliance, fleet operations, or data analysis.
- Working knowledge of safety legislation, risk assessment methods, and incident investigation processes.
- Exposure to data analysis software, reporting tools, or fleet tracking systems will be beneficial.
- Professional qualifications such as ISPON, NEBOSH, IOSH, or HSE 1, 2, and 3 are considered an advantage.
- Living near the office location will be an added benefit.
