Role overview
Join the Cardiff store as a part-time Sales Assistant and help deliver a premium retail experience. The role is designed for someone who brings energy, confidence, and a genuine interest in trainers, streetwear, and customer service. You’ll help customers find complete looks, support the store during busy trading periods, and contribute to a lively, high-standard shopping environment.
Working pattern and pay
This is a part-time position with either 8 hours or 16 hours per week. Shifts rotate across Monday to Sunday. Pay is £8.00 to £12.71 per hour, and the role also includes a 30% staff discount.
What you’ll be doing
- Helping customers build full outfits and matching items such as footwear, layers, accessories, and care products.
- Learning the product range in detail, including styles, performance features, materials, weather durability, and care guidance.
- Supporting product launches, exclusive drops, styling events, and in-store activations with strong energy.
- Working towards sales targets, basket growth, KPI performance, and team success.
- Keeping the shop floor looking sharp, tidy, well-stocked, and ready for customers.

Recruitment process

You’ll complete brand-focused video questions, then attend a group retail experience interview where product enthusiasm and customer service skills will be assessed.
