About the Opportunity
This role is a great fit for someone who wants to build a career in crypto and learn directly from a business-to-business exchange environment. BTSE is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial person who enjoys solving problems, working in a fast-moving setting, and contributing to the growth of a high-growth exchange. The position is centered on new business acquisition, partnerships, and sales for BTSE’s enterprise offerings, including a white-label exchange, wallet, and crypto payment solution. You will represent BTSE at events, connect with B2B prospects, and help grow the company’s partner network.
Responsibilities
- Attend crypto conferences and industry events to identify potential partners and customers and introduce BTSE’s offerings.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and adjust your approach based on the customer, culture, and level of communication required.
- Create and manage your own pipeline of prospects, moving opportunities through the sales process toward closure.
- Use events, cold outreach, email, LinkedIn, and referrals to expand reach and generate more business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address client challenges and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Strong command of English, with the confidence to speak publicly and deliver presentations.
- A motivated, teachable attitude; prior experience is less important than drive, work ethic, and willingness to grow.
- Ability to stay effective while working independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Resourcefulness and an entrepreneurial approach to solving problems without waiting for step-by-step direction.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to act on goals and guidance proactively.
- Comfort initiating conversations with strangers and building rapport quickly.
- Preferred: ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Preferred: multilingual communication skills.
- Preferred: willingness to travel and attend conferences and events.
- Preferred: background in crypto, exchanges, white-label providers, or B2B sales in startups.
