Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus on finding, engaging, and screening enterprise prospects. This position works in close coordination with Account Executives, Sales Heads, Marketing, and Alliance teams to create qualified opportunities and strengthen the sales pipeline. The role suits someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, account research, relationship-building, and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline by identifying and approaching enterprise accounts in industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • Create qualified opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, events, and account-based prospecting.
  • Study target companies, buying groups, decision-makers, and market trends to tailor outreach effectively.
  • Assess inbound and outbound leads using qualification methods such as BANT or MEDDIC.
  • Arrange discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team.
  • Keep HubSpot CRM updated with accurate activity, meeting, and opportunity information.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns, webinars, and lead nurturing efforts.
  • Work with ServiceNow account teams and channel partners to uncover co-sell opportunities.
  • Meet monthly targets for booked meetings, qualified opportunities, and pipeline creation.
  • Stay current on ServiceNow offerings, enterprise technology, and digital transformation trends.

Required Profile
