About the Role

OTA Prime is hiring a motivated, customer-first Travel Sales Executive to help clients plan and book memorable holidays in India and abroad. The role involves handling travel queries, suggesting appropriate packages, staying in touch with prospects, and turning enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries received via phone calls, WhatsApp, social platforms, and online enquiries.
  • Assess each customer’s travel preferences, budget, and trip requirements.
  • Present and promote domestic as well as international holiday packages.
  • Draft and send quotations, itineraries, and detailed package information.
  • Consistently follow up with potential customers until conversion.
  • Handle negotiations professionally and close bookings effectively.
  • Work with the operations team once a booking is confirmed.
  • Keep customer details and follow-up activity updated accurately in the CRM.
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Meet monthly sales and revenue goals.
