Role Overview
The retail team is hiring a customer-oriented Sales Executive for its Bangalore store. This role is suited to someone who enjoys selling, supporting customers, and nurturing long-term client relationships in a store environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide shoppers in choosing jewellery by carefully understanding their needs and preferences.
- Create a memorable in-store experience and focus on building repeat customer relationships.
- Work toward individual as well as store-level sales goals while keeping service quality high.
- Stay updated on product ranges, collections, and active promotional offers.
- Support attractive product presentation and assist with visual merchandising efforts.
- Respond to customer questions and address concerns in a polite and professional manner.
- Keep proper records of customer interactions and completed sales transactions.
- Work closely with the store team to ensure daily retail activities run smoothly.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution is required.
- Background in jewellery, premium fashion, or organized retail will be considered an advantage.
Experience and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, premium retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong ability in selling, negotiating, and interacting with customers.
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
- A customer-first mindset with a genuine interest in delivering excellent service.
- Ability to meet sales targets in a busy retail setting.
- Working knowledge of computers and retail billing or POS systems.
- Professional presentation, positive energy, and a willingness to learn.
