Role Overview
The company is hiring a Sales Manager in Singapore to accelerate revenue growth in Singapore and other markets. This is a remote role with significant ownership, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The position is suited to a sales professional who enjoys prospecting, closing, and building scalable sales motions. The expected on-target earnings are SGD 105,000 to 150,000+ annually with uncapped commission, and base pay accounts for 50% of the package. This opportunity is available only to Singapore citizens or permanent residents.
Key Responsibilities
The role combines inbound and outbound selling, with about 20% of the work focused on inbound leads and 80% on outbound business development in the mid-market and enterprise segment.
- Manage the complete sales journey for inbound opportunities, from initial lead through to signed deal.
- Create and refine a targeted outbound outreach strategy for Singapore and the wider APAC region.
- Lead discovery conversations and product demonstrations with prospective customers.
- Draft proposals, pricing structures, and implementation timelines.
- Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders in People, HR, Operations, and Marketing teams across global companies.
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date, and provide clear weekly sales forecasts.
- Build practical sales playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes that can scale.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong background in consultative selling, ideally in SaaS, BPO, services, or agency environments.
- Excellent command of English, including presentation and communication skills.
- Confidence in handling proposals, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
- Strong discipline in managing pipeline activity and follow-ups.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work effectively in a remote setup.
- Motivated to build new business and open opportunities rather than simply manage existing accounts.
