Role Summary

FOCO is hiring a detail-focused and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to help keep sales processes running efficiently. The position plays an important part in order handling, logistics coordination, and collaboration across departments. The right candidate will be highly organized, customer-oriented, and motivated to support operational excellence in a fast-moving consumer packaged goods environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle sales orders end to end, track order progress, and send order acknowledgements for retail, e-commerce, and distributor accounts.
  • Keep an eye on stock levels, work with merchandising teams, and support forecasting and demand planning activities.
  • Arrange and direct shipments, coordinate with warehouses and transport partners, monitor delivery movement, and follow retailer routing requirements.
  • Assist with trade promotions and seasonal programs, making sure promotional orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Prepare reports and review sales and point-of-sale data to help drive wholesale growth and deliver useful business insights.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance, as well as external vendors and customer accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve problems related to orders, inventory, and shipping.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in ERP and order management platforms.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in wholesale, customer service, or sales operations, preferably within a consumer packaged goods setting. A minimum qualification of an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is expected. Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or Dynamics Business Central is preferred. The role also calls for clear verbal and written communication, solid organizational and multitasking ability, and an analytical approach to spotting patterns in POS or syndicated data. Exposure to wholesale order management or EDI systems is an added advantage.
