Role Summary
This position is a full-time remote opportunity for a Sales Representative. The person in this role will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth. The job also includes researching the market, sourcing leads, preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating terms, and working toward sales goals. Close coordination with internal teams will be required to ensure client expectations are met through suitable company solutions and a smooth overall experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong negotiation and people skills.
- Practical knowledge of sales methods, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Background in market analysis, business development, and account or relationship management.
- Ability to work on your own, organize time well, and consistently meet performance targets.
- Exposure to B2B selling and familiarity with sectors such as industrial, retail, or finance is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing position is preferred.
- Comfort with remote work and experience using CRM platforms.
