Position overview

We are hiring a B2B Sales Representative for Riyadh to support the commercial growth of Nestlé Waters in Saudi Arabia. The business produces well-known bottled water brands including Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life, and this role contributes to expanding the company’s presence across corporate offices, banks, healthcare, education, industrial, and government institutions, as well as HORECA accounts.

This position is part of the Sales department and reports to the Head of B2B. It is a full-time, on-site role focused on building customer relationships, improving execution standards, and delivering revenue and volume growth.

Key accountabilities

  • Take ownership of an assigned customer portfolio spanning corporate, institutional, and HORECA segments to meet volume and revenue goals.
  • Carry out daily in-person visits to customers to uncover opportunities, strengthen relationships, and maintain high service standards.
  • Develop durable partnerships with major customers, procurement teams, and distribution partners.
  • Roll out sales and promotional initiatives while ensuring brand visibility and adherence to channel guidelines.
  • Spot new business prospects through organized market mapping and competitor review.
  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth customer service and delivery.
  • Track sales results, prepare demand forecasts, and share market feedback with management.
  • Follow the company’s expectations for quality, safety, and ethical conduct in all field activities.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline.
  • 0 to 4 years of experience in B2B or FMCG field sales, ideally within beverages or foodservice.
  • Proven ability to manage large accounts and deliver strong execution in the field.
  • Well-developed communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
