Role Overview
The sanitation labourer will be responsible for keeping production areas, equipment, and workspaces clean, hygienic, and compliant with safety standards. This is a night-shift position in a humid environment, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:15 AM and a 40-hour work week.
What You’ll Do
- Wash and sanitize production machinery and facility areas.
- Carry out checks before production begins.
- Take part in routine cleaning and sanitation operations.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and in line with procedures.
- Help maintain a workplace that is orderly, safe, and compliant.
- Support other related tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Be available to work Monday through Friday, overnight from 10:00 PM to 6:15 AM.
- Bring a positive attitude, independence, adaptability, and a collaborative approach.
- Handle products with care and work efficiently.
- Be physically capable of repetitive tasks and lifting up to 15 kg.
- Show strong discipline and close attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working in a damp environment.
- Keep hygiene, sanitation, and safety requirements front and center.
- Demonstrate a solid commitment to workplace health and safety.
Compensation and Benefits

Night work is paid with an additional $1.75 per hour, and pay progression follows the company scale.
