Responsibilities
- Operate a school bus on assigned routes and pick up and drop off students at designated stops.
- Carry out vehicle checks before trips to confirm the bus is safe to operate.
- Perform post-trip inspections after routes are completed.
- Take part in monthly safety meetings.
- Keep the bus clean and presentable to support a professional image.
- When needed or requested, handle field trips, activity trips, and charter trips for students and other passengers.
Qualifications
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- A minimum of 5 years of verifiable driving experience is required.
- Your driving record should remain clean for the last 24 to 36 months.
- You should be willing and able to obtain a CDL.
- You must complete the full training program.
- Applicants must pass pre-employment screening.
