About the Role
Timebox Pro is looking for a Scrum Master to guide agile teams and help them perform at a high level. In this position, you will support delivery, encourage teamwork, and help build a strong culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Run key Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to keep the team’s workflow on track.
- Guide team members on Scrum values and practices so they can work more effectively together.
- Clear obstacles that slow down progress and help ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Work closely with Product Owners to organize, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
- Track team performance and share helpful feedback to strengthen how the team works together.
- Encourage an agile mindset and ongoing process improvement across the organization.
- Mentor team members and help them grow through support and coaching.
- Share team updates, progress, and performance metrics with stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable role in an agile setting.
- Good knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum.
- Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or an equivalent credential is preferred.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills to support collaboration.
- Ability to lead discussions and help groups reach decisions.
- Hands-on experience with agile tools like JIRA or Rally.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Genuine interest in agile methods and commitment to creating business value.
