Security Guard

Role Overview

This role is for Security Guards assigned to yard facilities in Sharjah and Fujairah. The position is focused on keeping the premises safe, controlling access, protecting company property, and supporting smooth day-to-day site operations.

Key Duties

• Manage the movement of visitors, staff, and vehicles entering or leaving the site.
• Keep accurate records of visitor and vehicle arrivals and departures, including timing details.
• Safeguard company assets, materials, and vehicles at all times.
• Carry out routine patrols across the yard, office space, and nearby areas.
• Observe ongoing site activity and make sure site rules are followed.
• Check that all personnel entering the site comply with PPE requirements.
• Inspect gate passes for materials being taken out of the site.
• Apply basic fire safety awareness and respond appropriately in emergencies.
• Escalate any security concerns, unsafe conditions, or rule violations.
• Help maintain a secure and orderly work environment.

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts.
• A responsible, alert, and disciplined work style.
• Prior familiarity with basic security procedures is an advantage.

The opening is for new yard facilities and is based in Sharjah & Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.
