About Manna

Manna is reimagining delivery by moving goods through the air. The company is building aviation-grade drones to bring food, coffee, groceries, and other items from nearby stores and vendors to customers in only a few minutes.

The organisation is driven by a mission to make suburban delivery faster, more affordable, environmentally friendly, and safe. Its culture values measurable impact, safety, teamwork, authenticity, and continuous improvement.

If you enjoy creating technology with meaningful real-world use and want to work on ambitious products, this role offers the chance to help shape the future of delivery.

Role overview

The Senior Electronics Engineer will lead the design, development, integration, and validation of electronic hardware used across the company’s products and technology platforms. The role works across the full product lifecycle, from early concept work through production release.

This position calls for strong skills in electronic design and problem-solving across schematic development, PCB work, hardware integration, testing, and product enhancement. The engineer will support embedded systems, sensors, power circuits, and wireless communications while making sure solutions meet performance, quality, and regulatory expectations.

Desired skills and experience

The following experience is preferred, though not essential:

  • Mixed-signal hardware design, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and validation on advanced board technologies such as HDI, rigid-flex, flex, and controlled-impedance layouts
  • Design and integration of high-speed digital interfaces, such as Ethernet, USB, DDR, CAN, I²C, RS-485, and embedded processing platforms
  • RF architecture and integration for GNSS, LTE/5G, WLAN, telemetry, Remote ID, and other wireless systems
  • Practical understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, EMC/ESD, grounding, shielding, impedance control, and RF coexistence
  • Power electronics design, including battery-powered systems, battery management systems, LDOs, SMPS regulators, thermal behaviour, and noise control
  • Antenna integration and RF tuning, including matching networks, S-parameter analysis, MIMO/diversity approaches, and handling enclosure or environmental effects
  • Sensor integration and optimisation for GNSS, inertial sensors, radar, LiDAR, machine vision, and related sensing technologies
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and measurement using oscilloscopes, logic analysers, spectrum analysers, VNAs, and similar lab tools
  • Experience with design for manufacturability and assembly, certification, qualification testing, and production support

The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the design, development, and validation of complex electronic and RF subsystems from concept through production
  • Lead schematic design, PCB layout, and hardware integration for mixed-signal, embedded, and RF solutions
  • Develop and refine high-speed digital, power, sensor, and wireless interfaces to satisfy performance, reliability, and compliance needs
  • Integrate microcontrollers, processors, sensors, wireless modules, and battery systems into scalable, production-ready products
  • Drive RF front-end, antenna, and wireless integration work to achieve dependable link performance across different operating conditions
  • Apply best practices for signal integrity, power integrity, EMC/ESD, thermal design, and RF performance throughout development
  • Carry out lab testing, debugging, measurement, and root-cause analysis using standard electronic test equipment
  • Support certification, manufacturing handover, field testing, and ongoing product improvement
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, manufacturable, high-performance products

Additional information

This is a full-time role based in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, with remote working indicated. No salary, stipend, start date, application deadline, number of openings, or specific perk details were provided.
