Role Overview

The Quality team focuses on improving how content performs across all MrBeast channels. Working with creative, production, analytics, and leadership partners, the team looks for ways to strengthen key metrics such as views, thumbnail performance, audience retention, engagement, and revenue.

This Project Manager role is designed to bring structure, follow-through, and execution discipline to Quality team initiatives. You will keep projects moving from idea to delivery, make sure priorities stay aligned, keep stakeholders updated, and help ensure important work is completed on schedule.

What You Will Do

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of several Quality team projects at the same time.
• Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, timelines, and accountability systems.
• Work with the Head of Virality and Quality leaders to set priorities and use resources wisely.
• Coordinate efforts across Creative, Production, Corporate, Analytics, and other partner teams.
• Monitor progress, surface risks early, and push issues toward resolution.
• Set up recurring operating cadences, progress updates, and stakeholder communication routines.
• Develop organizational frameworks, workback plans, and project documentation.
• Adapt plans quickly as priorities change and business needs shift.
• Run meetings, keep stakeholders aligned, and make sure action items have clear owners.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving performance across MrBeast content channels.
• Help drive special projects, experiments, and strategic work owned by the Quality organization.
• Join on-set activities when needed to help with execution and coordination.

What You Need

• Background managing several complex projects simultaneously from planning through completion.
• Strong skills in project coordination, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work well in fast-moving environments where priorities change often and deadlines are tight.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with many different types of stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and functions.
• Ability to create structure, processes, operating frameworks, and repeatable systems.
• Track record of driving accountability and follow-through across groups.
• Strong problem-solving instincts with the ability to identify risks and keep work on track.
• Comfort working with both creative teams and business-oriented teams.
• Ability to earn trust and maintain strong working relationships across the organization.
• Comfort performing under pressure while maintaining high execution standards.
• Willingness to be based in Greenville, NC and work closely with on-site teams.
• Comfort in production settings and willingness to be on set when needed.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for production, team meetings, and project-related work.
• Experience in media, entertainment, digital content, or the creator economy is a plus, but not mandatory.

Additional Information
