What the job involves

This position is a hands-on, customer-facing driving role responsible for the dependable delivery and collection of floor mats and hand towels. The successful candidate will represent the company on route, support customer relationships, and help manage the customer portfolio while working independently as part of a supportive team.

The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend overtime.

Key duties

• Load, transport, deliver and collect goods safely and on time.
• Help with loading and unloading items from the vehicle.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
• Follow assigned routes and adhere to timed delivery schedules.
• Observe road regulations and maintain safe driving standards.
• Comply with all health and safety procedures set by the company.
• Carry out daily vehicle walk-around checks and report any defects or damage.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Maintain a smart, professional appearance and attitude.
• Coordinate with the finance team to help resolve customer invoice or billing issues.

Skills and experience needed

The role requires a full clean B driving licence, at least 2 years of delivery driving experience, and the legal right to work through an Irish or European passport or Stamp 4.

Strong customer service ability, good time management, close attention to detail, and a dependable, trustworthy approach are essential.
