Role Overview
This position is responsible for directing service activities across the assigned region and making sure customers receive dependable support. The role also involves strengthening dealer service capability, handling complaints efficiently, controlling warranty-related work, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
Key Focus Areas
The service manager will oversee day-to-day service operations, work closely with dealer networks, and help improve after-sales performance across the region. A major part of the job is to ensure that service standards remain high while customer escalations and technical concerns are addressed effectively.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for an Agriculture Graduate, B.Tech Mechanical, or Diploma Mechanical candidate with 8 to 14 years of experience in after-sales service or customer support, preferably with a tractor or farm equipment manufacturing company.
Additional Information
Salary is listed as INR 10,00,000 to INR 13,00,000 per year.
