Role Overview
Akrosstech Consulting is hiring a creative and trend-aware Social Media Intern to strengthen its digital footprint. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making content that gets attention, follows platform trends closely, and likes helping online communities grow. The position is based in Noida, Sector 63, with on-site work in a day shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and expand the company’s presence on Instagram, Threads, and LinkedIn.
- Develop engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and captions.
- Keep track of current trends, viral formats, memes, and platform updates.
- Build and manage a content calendar for regular posting.
- Reply to comments and messages in a professional and brand-appropriate manner.
- Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns that improve brand visibility.
- Review social media performance data and share simple reports.
- Work with HR and Marketing teams on recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to freshers and students.
- Applicants should understand how Instagram, Threads, and LinkedIn work.
- Basic familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design/editing tools is expected.
- A creative outlook with a strong sense of visual appeal and trends is important.
- Good written communication in both English and Hindi is required.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities are needed.
- Candidates should be willing to learn and try new content formats.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience running a personal or business social media page is beneficial.
- Understanding of reels, hashtags, social media SEO, and engagement tactics will be an advantage.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills will be helpful.
