Role overview

The company is looking for Full Stack Engineers to join product teams that build meaningful digital solutions for government agencies. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional squads to design, develop, improve, and maintain software products that make a positive impact for public sector users and citizens.

Key responsibilities

• Work with government clients to design, refine, and deliver digital products that address real user needs.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality specialists, designers, product managers, and product owners in a cross-functional squad to deliver user-focused solutions and contribute throughout the product lifecycle.
• Encourage the use of modern tools, platforms, and working practices that improve delivery speed and strengthen user experience.
• Take part in Agile and Scrum activities such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to support ongoing product improvement.
• Share technical knowledge and contribute ideas during team discussions and innovation sessions.
• Write clean, maintainable code that supports fast iteration and long-term scalability.
• Review code carefully to improve product quality and promote shared learning within the team.
• Manage and deliver feature work and technical tasks effectively in fast-paced product environments.

Required skills and experience

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong programming fundamentals.
• Exposure to cloud application development and practices such as Extreme Programming, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern technologies including ReactJS, TypeScript, Angular, and .NET.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in using technology to serve the public.
• Solid technical aptitude, including troubleshooting and clear communication.
• Experience with SHIP-HATS, APEX, or Cloud File Transfer (CFT) will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery methods such as Scrum and Kanban.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with AWS deployment, Terraform, Docker, or similar cloud infrastructure tools will be beneficial. Candidates who have worked with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native systems, or container orchestration will be especially valued.
