Store Keeper

Job overview

We are hiring an experienced and detail-focused Store Keeper to oversee site inventory and logistics for a major construction project in Saudi Arabia. The role is based at the Amaala / NEOM project site and involves end-to-end handling of civil and architectural materials, warehouse coordination, and inventory control through Odoo ERP.

This position is part of the construction / civil and architectural works industry and is intended for a professional with solid storekeeping experience in project environments.

Responsibilities

• Record and manage all material movements in Odoo ERP, including goods receipt notes and material issuance.
• Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes to confirm quantities and correctness.
• Apply material status labels clearly: yellow for pending items, green for approved materials after MIR, and red for rejected or quarantined stock.
• Track warehouse inventory and flag usable stock to the project team before new purchases are raised.
• Supervise day-to-day warehouse labor and ensure materials are handled safely and stored properly, including sensitive items such as chemicals and cement.
• Carry out routine stock checks and uphold FIFO stock rotation across inventory.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in storekeeping within construction, with direct exposure to civil and architectural materials.
• Practical working knowledge of Odoo ERP or a comparable inventory management platform.
• Understanding of material inspection requests and material submittal processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and the supply chain manager.
