About the opportunity

Bras N Things is hiring a Store Manager for its Tauranga location in Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. This is a full-time retail leadership role with a weekly commitment of 38 hours.

What the role involves

• Set the tone for an inclusive, high-energy team environment while guiding performance against budgets, KPIs and customer experience targets.
• Ensure every customer interaction feels welcoming, helpful and aligned with the brand’s service standards.
• Support team capability through regular coaching, practical feedback and day-to-day development.
• Oversee in-store visual merchandising, balancing brand standards, presentation, customer needs and commercial decision-making.
• Manage stock handling and daily store operations so the business runs smoothly and priorities stay on track.
