For the Winnenden store on Marbacherstraße, they are looking for a full-time Store Manager / Branch Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and make sure all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead the team in a supportive and motivating way that encourages independent work.
- Take responsibility for attractive product presentation and keep the assortment aligned with customer needs.
- Plan staffing effectively to ensure strong coverage across all areas of the store.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a retail salesperson, retail merchant, or retail business specialist, or you can demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
- You bring solid knowledge of merchandise operations and work with a strong customer focus.
- You have professional experience as well as leadership experience in food retail.
- You are well organized, act responsibly, and are confident in asserting decisions when needed.
