Role Overview

As a Storekeeper in Ras Al Khaimah, you will manage materials, tools, and inventory that support the smooth delivery of fit-out projects. The role plays an important part in keeping stock records accurate, making sure materials are available when needed, and maintaining an organized warehouse to support project efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accept, check, and document all incoming deliveries and materials.
  • Keep inventory records current and ensure stock quantities remain accurate.
  • Distribute materials, tools, and equipment to project sites as required.
  • Track stock movement and prepare inventory-related reports.
  • Work closely with procurement and project teams on material needs.
  • Store, handle, and preserve materials in the correct manner.
  • Carry out routine stock checks and inventory audits.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-arranged store or warehouse.

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a Storekeeper role, ideally within fit-out, construction, or interior contracting.
  • Working knowledge of inventory control processes and storekeeping methods.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
  • Strong record-keeping and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and handling several tasks at once.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
  • Prior exposure to construction and fit-out materials.
