Strategy & Transformation Lead

Role overview

This position is focused on shaping the organization’s strategic direction and guiding major transformation efforts so they support business priorities and respond to market changes. It calls for a strong grasp of industry movements, the competitive environment, and internal strengths so that new approaches can be designed to improve performance. The role is expected to use data and evidence to uncover growth and efficiency opportunities, lead cross-functional execution of change initiatives, and measure progress through structured evaluation methods. It also plays an important part in connecting teams across the organization and encouraging a culture of agility and continuous improvement.

What you will do

• Build and continuously sharpen the organization’s strategic direction, keeping it aligned with long-term objectives and market opportunities.
• Assess, rank, and convert strategic priorities into practical transformation plans in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to surface strategic opportunities and support executive decisions with informed recommendations.
• Run workshops and strategy discussions that bring stakeholders together and promote fresh thinking and collaboration.
• Guide the delivery of transformation programs, keeping execution aligned with strategic goals and handling change across the organization.
• Review strategic initiatives on a regular basis using performance indicators and analytics to assess impact and improve results.
• Act as a dependable advisor to senior leaders by translating data analysis and industry practices into strategic guidance.
• Promote a responsive, agile mindset across teams and encourage innovation and adaptability in day-to-day work.
• Maintain productive relationships with external partners, advisors, and industry contacts to strengthen capabilities and uncover collaboration opportunities.
• Create and present updates for the board and executive team, clearly explaining strategic direction and the status of transformation work.

What we are looking for

• At least 7 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or change management in a fast-moving business setting.
• A solid history of leading major transformation programs with clear results in stakeholder engagement and operational improvement.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline; an MBA or another advanced degree is an advantage.
• Hands-on knowledge of strategic planning methods and tools, including SWOT analysis, balanced scorecard, and scenario planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with the skill to turn complex information into practical actions.
• Excellent project management capabilities, including juggling multiple initiatives while delivering on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels of the organization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and creating effective collaboration toward shared strategic goals.
• Awareness of digital transformation trends and the ability to incorporate technology solutions into strategic planning.
• A results-focused mindset and a strong commitment to continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
