The role is central to keeping goods moving accurately and efficiently across a large, fast-paced supply chain network. You will monitor shipments, preserve inventory accuracy, and support daily logistics work through careful data handling and coordination. A strong analytical mindset and excellent precision are essential, as the work involves frequent use of spreadsheets, reports, and operational records. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to help ensure on-time deliveries, resolve mismatches, and maintain dependable inventory visibility. Key accountabilities

• Keep shipment records, inventory balances, logistics documents, and related operational information current and accurate.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries, coordinate with suppliers and partner facilities, and support timely shipment movement.
• Create, share, and maintain recurring as well as ad hoc reports covering logistics, forecasting, and inventory activity.
• Work with inventory tracking tools and spreadsheets to preserve data accuracy across plant and warehouse operations.
• Handle carton counts, update inventory figures, and reconcile differences across internal and external sites.
• Process Bills of Lading, review invoices, and confirm or authorize extra charges when needed.
• Partner with internal teams and outside vendors to keep supply chain data and reporting consistent.
• Support forecasting work and contribute to operational planning discussions aimed at improving supply chain performance.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, administration, or a similar area.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, especially for tracking data, building reports, and managing spreadsheets.
• Excellent organization and a sharp eye for detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy, high-volume operational setting.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
• Exposure to logistics or supply chain software tools is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently while staying on top of structured processes and deadlines.
