Supply Chain Supervisor

Role overview

We are hiring a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee and improve logistics operations across the UK and Europe. This role focuses on partner management, shipment movement, compliance, and process improvement as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and enhance the performance of third-party logistics providers supporting warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation throughout the UK and EU.
• Manage domestic transport activities across the UK and within Europe, including last-mile delivery, carrier coordination, and route planning.
• Oversee inbound and outbound freight moving from overseas locations, mainly Asia and Hong Kong, into the EU and UK.
• Take responsibility for customs processing, shipment paperwork, VAT, duties, and regulatory requirements.
• Support day-to-day operations for B2C, B2B, and retail channels, including store replenishment, promotional shipments, and returns handling.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and ensure alignment with finance and accounting controls.
• Create and roll out standard operating procedures, while serving as the coordination link between the UK/EU team and Hong Kong headquarters.
• Track performance indicators and lead continuous improvement efforts as the operation grows.

Candidate profile

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or 3PL environments, including 2 or more years in a supervisory position.
• Strong understanding of UK and EU domestic logistics, international freight movement, and customs clearance processes.
• Background in supporting multi-channel businesses across B2C, B2B, and retail operations.
• Hands-on ERP exposure; experience with NetSuite or SAP is an advantage.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
