Descrizione del lavoro
Overview
Taurify is looking for a Systems Integrator to design, improve, and maintain the backend workflows that keep the agency running smoothly. The role sits at the center of delivery, sales, fulfillment, and internal operations, with a clear focus on removing friction and making the company’s systems more reliable and scalable.
The position is remote, with occasional hybrid work required. It is described as a hybrid part-time to full-time opportunity, and the team expects someone who can take real ownership of the systems layer rather than simply handle isolated tasks.
About Taurify
Taurify is a marketing agency that helps painting contractors generate consistent leads and booked estimates through paid advertising. The company works with well-known partners in the space and is currently growing quickly, which has increased the complexity of its systems and processes.
The founder, Cayleb Pletos, has been working in the industry for around 5 years and is focused on building a strong, fast-moving team. The company values people who are hungry to learn, collaborate well, and contribute to meaningful growth.
Role Mission
Your main objective is to turn Taurify into a smooth, efficient operating system where workflows, automations, and team handoffs all function without friction. The aim is to remove bottlenecks permanently and build a setup that can scale cleanly as the business grows.
What You Will Own
- Design the core systems and infrastructure used across the company.
- Map and improve workflows for lead intake, CRM routing, booking, and follow-up.
- Strengthen client onboarding, reporting, tracking, and internal operations.
- Keep data moving correctly across the full tech stack.
- Identify and resolve broken integrations, tracking issues, and automation failures before they become major problems.
- Regularly check accounts and systems for quality and reliability.
- Work closely with sales, account management, and media buying teams to spot inefficiencies.
- Replace manual work, bottlenecks, and repetitive tasks with better automation and smarter processes.
- Build AI-enabled tools, workflows, and automations where they can improve speed and output.
- Continuously test, ship, and refine improvements across the company.
What the Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Reviewing client or internal system issues and resolving them quickly.
- Spending focused time on automations and integrations.
- Troubleshooting CRM and tracking problems.
- Talking with teammates to improve how work moves through the business.
- Testing new tools and AI capabilities.
- Rolling out improvements on an ongoing basis.
- Making sure information reaches the right place for clients and internal teams.
Who Should Apply
This role is not meant for someone looking for a basic support position or a simple ticket-based tech job. It is a fit for a person who naturally notices broken systems, wants to make things faster and cleaner, and thinks in terms of leverage and ownership.
The ideal candidate is proactive, works quickly without waiting for permission, and wants to build the technical backbone of a growing company.
Skills and Working Style
- Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
- Comfort reading documentation, testing solutions, and figuring things out independently.
- Strong dislike for inefficiency and disorganized workflows.
- Experience building things or experimenting with tools for fun.
- Interest in staying current with new platforms and improvements.
- Systems thinking and process ownership.
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teammates.
- Self-direction and fast execution.
- Willingness to keep learning modern tools and technology.
Tools You May Use
The role may involve working with GoHighLevel, Zapier or Make, CRMs, Stripe, ad tracking setups for Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other automation platforms.
You do not need to know every tool in advance, but you should be able to figure things out quickly and confidently.
Compensation
Pay starts at USD 13 to 16 per hour, with increases tied to speed, impact, and ownership. There may also be an opportunity to move into a salary-based arrangement later.
What You Get
- Full ownership of the systems function with no micromanagement.
- Direct access to the founder.
- Room to rebuild and improve processes across the company.
- Exposure to how a real agency operates at scale.
- Opportunity to become an important operator in a growing business.
- Remote work, with occasional hybrid attendance when needed.
Requirements
- Stable internet connection.
- Reliable computer.
- Fluent English communication.
- Availability during 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Application Instructions
Applicants are asked to complete the application form, record and submit a Loom video introducing themselves, explaining what they have built, and sharing what they enjoy doing for fun. A resume upload is also requested.
Additional Information
The application form asks candidates to indicate whether they have experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier or Make, and Google or Facebook Ads tracking, or whether they have none of the listed experience. File uploads may include PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, CSV, JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF formats. The company describes itself as a provider of digital marketing services for painting businesses. Contact details and policy links were present in the source, but they have been excluded here.
