Role summary

This opportunity is for a hands-on recruitment professional to support a global SaaS business focused on identity verification and digital identity protection. Based in Dublin or London and working across global territories, the role centres on end-to-end hiring for Product, Technology, Engineering, GTM, and Corporate functions. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension or moving into a permanent role.

About the company

The organisation is a long-standing global specialist in protecting against digital identity fraud and AI-generated synthetic identities. It works with governments and major enterprises to deliver secure identity experiences across financial services, telecom, healthcare, travel, and critical infrastructure. Its platform supports identity verification, biometric authentication, and identity lifecycle workflows at scale, and its technology has protected more than two billion identities worldwide. The company is also recognised by several major analyst firms.

What you will do

You will take full ownership of the hiring process from start to finish, personally managing scoping, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-boarding. The role requires active headhunting and direct search, rather than relying on agencies, and includes building candidate pipelines across the US, EMEA, and APAC. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders across Ireland, the UK, Serbia, the US, and remote teams, while partnering day-to-day with the Dublin-based HR Manager and the wider HR group.

Core responsibilities

  • Lead the complete recruitment cycle for roles across engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, product, research, sales, marketing, customer success, and corporate functions.
  • Source and approach passive candidates directly through networking, research, referrals, and specialist talent channels.
  • Use tools and communities such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche technical forums to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Run structured screening and first-round interviews, evaluating candidates against scorecards and competency criteria.
  • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and keep assessments consistent, evidence-based, and compliant.
  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs in detail and provide market insight, compensation context, and calibration support.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to maintain visibility across pipelines and support coordinated hiring activity.
  • Ensure the candidate journey is positive, transparent, and inclusive across regions and time zones.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and monitor metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Contribute to employer-brand and process improvements when time permits, while prioritising live hiring delivery.

Experience and profile

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 to 3 years of internal recruiting experience and has independently owned full-cycle hiring within an organisation. You should have a proven record of sourcing and headhunting candidates directly, along with the confidence to build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor. The role suits someone who is self-directed, proactive, comfortable in a small distributed HR team, and able to recruit across multiple jurisdictions and time zones. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics is also important.

Nice-to-have background

Experience hiring technical talent in a high-growth SaaS or technology-led business will be advantageous, especially across engineering, DevOps, cloud, research, or product. Exposure to hiring across US, EMEA, and APAC markets, along with an interest in tech, innovation, identity verification, AI, and machine learning, would also be beneficial.

Success measures

  • High-quality hires are delivered efficiently for critical roles, with full ownership of the process.
  • Hiring managers view you as a reliable and credible recruiting partner.
  • You create and maintain strong candidate pipelines across priority disciplines.
  • You work effectively within the HR team and contribute to a collaborative culture.
  • Candidates experience a smooth, positive process that supports the employer brand.

What is offered

  • The chance to work in a fast-growing area covering identity verification, authentication, biometrics, telephony, and fraud prevention.
  • Exposure to a mature and successful product development environment.
  • Competitive pay and benefits.
  • A flexible working setup that supports a healthy balance between work and personal life.

Equal opportunity statement

The employer is committed to equal opportunity and inclusive hiring. All qualified candidates will be considered without discrimination based on race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. The workplace values diversity, respect, and support for every employee.
