The role calls for a technically minded professional with experience in customer-facing delivery and the ability to support a fast-moving distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales order packs by entering orders into the system and coordinating with sales teams to obtain any missing details.
• Process sales orders in One Shop and ensure quotations are entered with accuracy.
• Partner with credit control on order releases and assist with related queries.
• Monitor order progress through every stage and keep sales teams updated on status and estimated lead times.
• Manage dispatch coordination and oversee the end-to-end logistics process.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings 6 to 8 years of experience in supply chain-related work, along with prior people management exposure. Familiarity with SAP is an advantage. The role suits someone who is highly driven, positive in approach, and well organized. A working understanding of the IT sector and the ability to quickly absorb technical information are important. Strong English communication, solid Excel capability, and effective time management are also essential.
