About the Role
Infyshine, an IT services and consulting company, is hiring a Technical Support Representative for its Hyderabad location.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will support users by resolving technical queries, assisting with issues, and maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the support process.
Experience and Education
Applicants should have 0.6 to 1 year of experience in the IT field. Only 2024 and 2025 pass-outs from reputed universities with a BCA or BSc in Computer Science are eligible.
Work Location
Hyderabad, India.
Interview Details
The interview will be conducted in face-to-face mode.

- Foundational technical support knowledge
- Basic familiarity with Java, Python, HTML, networking, and MS Excel
- Readiness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts
