Role Overview
We are looking for a Tele Caller in Bengaluru to support sales outreach and help move leads through the conversion funnel. The position focuses on direct customer contact, follow-up activity, database upkeep, and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Use clear and effective communication to help achieve sales goals.
- Keep the customer database accurate and up to date.
- Reach out to leads through cold calling and work toward closing deals.
- Arrange meetings and appointments with prospective customers.
- Track and follow up on open opportunities until they are resolved.
