DESCRIPTION:
Job Overview
Codeflare Labs is hiring a Telecalling Executive focused on education outreach. The role is office-based in Greater Kolkata Area and includes speaking with educational institutions to gather recruitment updates and encourage them to list their vacancies on the company’s education job portal.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to schools, colleges, and other educational institutions across India by phone.
- Gather information about faculty vacancies and hiring requirements.
- Persuade institutions to publish their openings on the education job portal.
- Keep accurate daily call logs and update the database regularly.
- Work toward creating at least 50 job listings each day.
- Pitch premium and paid posting plans to institutions.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication abilities in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Comfortable handling more than 100 calls per day.
- Ability to speak confidently with principals, HR teams, and administrators.
- Working knowledge of computers and internet usage.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage.
Compensation
The position offers a fixed salary of ₹8,000 per month along with attractive incentives. There is a daily target of at least 50 job posts. Additional incentives are provided for every job post completed beyond the target, and a separate incentive is paid for each conversion to a paid job posting plan.
Additional Information
This is a full-time work-from-office role. The job is centered on outreach, lead conversion, and consistent call volume to support recruitment listing growth on the company’s portal.
