Role summary

In this position, you will carry out termite treatment work in line with company procedures and accepted industry practices. The job combines field inspection, customer communication, equipment handling, and safe work inside and around structures.

Key duties

• Evaluate termite issues at customer locations and use knowledge of termite behavior to decide the right corrective approach.
• Explain to customers the conditions that encourage termite activity and discuss any supporting procedures or structural changes that may be needed alongside treatment.
• Work in and around buildings, including crawl spaces, stairs, ladders, and elevated surfaces.
• Use inspection and application tools, along with small hand tools and power hammer drills.
• Adapt to different environmental settings, including seasonal weather, moisture, dust, and other challenging conditions.
• Keep equipment and company vehicle clean, organized, and in proper working condition.

Candidate profile

• You should have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience is required; prior termite control experience is an advantage.
• You need strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn.
• You must be available to work flexible hours, including Monday through Friday and Saturdays when needed.
• You should be able to obtain and maintain any licenses or certifications required by federal, state, or local regulations.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence is required.
