Your work will help keep onboarding, contracting, and ongoing vendor relationships accurate, compliant, and well organized. The position calls for strong structure, careful attention to detail, and the ability to juggle several workstreams at once.

You will contribute to operational success by assisting with procurement activities, managing contract administration, and tracking vendor performance. In close partnership with finance, operations, and procurement stakeholders, you will help maintain consistency across documentation, compliance needs, and vendor deliverables. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys structured processes and bringing order to complex workflows.

  • Help drive execution of NDAs, MSAs, and VMSAs through electronic signature tools while making sure documents reach the right stakeholders.
  • Review vendor agreements and track redlines, amendments, and procurement-related requirements.
  • Keep vendor files, databases, and document repositories accurate, current, and easy to access.
  • Work with sales, procurement, operations, and finance teams to align on scope, contract terms, and delivery timelines.
  • Track purchase orders, invoicing activity, and vendor performance measures to support accuracy in operations.
  • Assist with contract lifecycle management by monitoring renewals, expiration dates, and compliance obligations.
  • Review internal vendor requests and support onboarding decisions using standardized evaluation methods.
  • Provide historical information and operational input to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
  • Coordinate handoffs between internal teams and vendor specialists to ensure smooth transitions and account continuity.

Required profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement coordination, supply chain operations, or a similar field.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, legal studies, or a related area is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of contract formats, compliance requirements, and vendor management workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, OneNote, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Clear communication and strong people skills, with a collaborative and relationship-focused approach.
  • Very high attention to detail plus a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort working in a changing, fast-paced operational environment.
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Extra value will be given to candidates with experience in data centers, critical facilities, or facilities management.

Benefits and workplace support

  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage available from day one, with benefits beginning after 30 days of employment.

  • 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and employer matching.
  • Employee Assistance Program available to all staff.
  • Health savings account options and wellness support, including mental health resources and gym discounts.
  • Optional additional benefits such as legal services, insurance discounts, pet insurance, and identity theft protection.
  • Stable, collaborative environment within a growing data center services organization.

Privacy and selection process

Applications are evaluated using an AI-assisted matching process to help identify strong fits for the role quickly and consistently. The most relevant candidates are then shared with the hiring company, which manages interviews, assessments, and final hiring decisions internally.

By applying, candidates acknowledge that personal data may be processed to assess candidacy and share relevant information with the employer, in line with applicable data protection laws. AI tools may support parts of the screening process, but human judgment remains central to the final decision.
