The position calls for a strong creative perspective, a practical problem-solving mindset, and an interest in graphic design, illustration, fixture concepts, and cross-functional retail collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Develop store and shop renderings for seasonal, monthly, quarterly, proposal, and special presentation needs.
- Help build seasonal templates and an image library for Creative Director Visual use, refreshing materials as needed.

- Use strong design judgment, visual taste, and attention to detail in all creative output.
- Follow brand guidelines, specifications, and approved standards.
- Stay organized, manage time well, and work independently when necessary to meet deadlines.
- Adjust priorities quickly as business needs change.
- Be willing to attend store prototypes, floor sets, vendor meetings, or FOB team meetings when required by business needs.
- Help build a workplace culture grounded in respect, acceptance, and authentic connection with colleagues, customers, and communities.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
Skills and Experience Needed
You should bring strong graphic design and illustration capability, along with the ability to create conceptual renderings for retail and experiential environments. Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is important, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and experience with SketchUp is expected. Familiarity with 3D tools such as Solidworks, Rhino, 3D Inscape, or Twinmotion is a plus. The role also requires excellent communication, vendor coordination, asset organization, creative collaboration, and the ability to work under pressure while keeping a high level of professionalism.
Who Can Apply
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience are encouraged to apply. The role also requires the ability to sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers for handling and touching tasks, with occasional movement around the workplace and reaching with arms. Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are necessary. A flexible schedule is required, and occasional travel may be needed.
