Role Overview

Window Genie of Lexington is looking for full-time Service Technicians in Lexington, KY to carry out professional exterior and interior cleaning work. This is an active, outdoor position for people who are comfortable with ladders, enjoy hands-on tasks, and want to learn a practical trade. Training is provided, so prior experience is not required.

The job starts at $18 per hour, with the opportunity to earn $25+ per hour through commission. In addition to base pay, the role includes commissions, bonuses, and benefits.

What the Work Involves

• Cleaning windows inside and outside, including second-story glass
• Supporting related services such as pressure washing, gutter cleaning, holiday light installation, and window tinting
• Speaking with customers after the job is complete, collecting payment, requesting reviews, and recommending other services when appropriate
• Keeping equipment and tools clean, organized, and ready for use

Training and Growth

You will be taught the job step by step and gradually build skills beyond window cleaning, including pressure washing, gutter cleaning, tinting, and holiday light work. The role is designed for people who want to develop real field skills while staying active.
