Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Window Cleaning Operative position in Saggart, South Dublin. The successful candidate will carry out professional window cleaning for residential and commercial properties, including internal and external glass surfaces, frames, and sills. The role also involves travelling to assigned jobs, preparing and operating cleaning equipment safely, and completing planned window and gutter cleaning rounds.

Key Duties

Work at different locations as scheduled and complete assigned cleaning rounds efficiently.

Use window cleaning and related equipment in a safe and correct manner.

Carry out cleaning on windows, gutters, and associated surfaces to a high standard.

Follow health and safety procedures, including tasks that may require working at height.

Leave work areas neat, tidy, and ready for the client after completion.

Communicate professionally with customers during site visits.

Escalate faults, concerns, or site issues to the Team Leader/Supervisor.

Support the upkeep of equipment and vehicles in good working condition.

Candidate Profile

Training will be provided, but prior exposure to window cleaning or commercial cleaning is useful.

Applicants should be comfortable following safety practices and using equipment properly, including at-height work where needed.

The role suits someone with strong reliability, time management, and the ability to work on their own as well as within a team.

Good communication and customer service skills are important for dealing with clients and colleagues.

A full driving licence is required.
