Role Summary
This position is for committed Youth Workers who will support the delivery of programmes for students in MOE schools. The work centres on planning, facilitating, and rolling out youth development initiatives that encourage social-emotional learning, leadership, and personal growth.
What You Will Do
- Prepare, structure, and lead interactive group guidance sessions for students.
- Create a welcoming, trusting, and supportive setting for young people to learn and participate.
- Work alongside parents, school personnel, NPCs, and other community partners to strengthen youth development outcomes.
- Assess student needs and guide them in their personal, academic, and social development.
- Support programme design and execution to help ensure effective delivery and meaningful impact.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of coaching experience in a comparable programme.
- Strong capability in building rapport, communicating clearly, and facilitating programmes.
- Demonstrated experience in creating, planning, and delivering group guidance programmes for students.
- Relevant experience in youth work across school and community environments.
- Must be registered as an MOE trainer.
Additional Information
This role is open to candidates who want to contribute to a mission-driven organisation and grow the business together while sharing in its success. The position is based on-site in Singapore. Employment type listed includes both part-time and full-time, and the role offers a flexible schedule. Applicants without MOE Instructor Registration will be rejected. Work location is in person.
