Role Overview
This position blends sales, communication, and learner experience. The intern will support admissions and growth efforts by speaking with prospective learners, guiding them toward suitable programs, and helping move leads through the funnel with thoughtful follow-up. The role is advisory in nature and emphasizes trust-building rather than aggressive selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Talk with prospective learners to understand their career goals and learning needs.
- Recommend suitable programs through clear, transparent, and consultative conversations.
- Handle questions, concerns, and objections with empathy and clarity.
- Engage inbound leads and follow up consistently to keep prospects moving forward.
- Use timely, personalized communication to improve conversion outcomes.
- Keep strong attention to lead intent and funnel hygiene.
- Build trust with learners and work closely with sales and post-sales teams to understand the complete journey.
- Participate in real sales conversations and support closures.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal trackers.
- Share learner insights and feedback to help improve messaging and processes.
- Take on added responsibilities as the business grows.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup setting.
What the Company Is Looking For
- Good verbal communication and a basic aptitude for sales.
- Comfort working with Google Sheets or Excel.
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems on the spot.

- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.
- Graduates from 2026 or earlier who can join a full-time role after the internship.

Additional Information
The role is structured as an internship with PPO potential. The stipend includes fixed pay of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month and incentive pay of ₹10,000 to ₹30,000 per month, for a total monthly range of ₹25,000 to ₹50,000. The internship has 10 openings.
