About the internship

Join Traaexplore Private Limited as a Business Development (Sales) intern and get hands-on exposure to corporate sales in the travel and events space. The role is designed for candidates who want structured guidance, practical training, and a chance to build a career in business development. No previous sales background is needed.

What you will do

• Study target companies and shortlist potential clients.
• Assist the sales team in building a pipeline of new leads.
• Reach out to prospects through cold calls and email to set up meetings.
• Track follow-ups and keep lead information updated in CRM systems.
• Support the preparation of presentations and sales proposals.
• Participate in client meetings and observe experienced sales professionals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep communication flowing smoothly.
• Build knowledge of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) and corporate travel solutions.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to applicants who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 3rd Jul'26 and 7th Aug'26, and continue for 3 months. Candidates should have relevant skills and interest in the area. Women looking to start or relaunch their careers may also apply, and freshers seeking job opportunities are eligible as well.

Compensation and perks

The internship offers a stipend in the range of ₹10,000 to ₹30,000 per month. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 per month. Benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and a potential job offer after successful conversion to a permanent role, with an expected salary of ₹2,40,000 to ₹4,20,000 per year.
