About the Internship

Magpie Placement Services is offering an in-office HR Recruiter internship in Jaipur for a motivated candidate who wants practical exposure to talent acquisition. The position is designed to build a strong foundation in recruitment by involving the intern in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and day-to-day support for the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates using job portals, social media channels, and internal databases.
• Review resumes and prepare shortlists based on the requirements of each role.
• Arrange interviews and manage coordination between applicants and hiring managers.
• Carry out first-round HR screening calls.
• Keep candidate records, trackers, and recruitment databases current and organized.
• Prepare job descriptions and publish them on hiring platforms.
• Assist with employer branding activities such as social media hiring content and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates during the hiring cycle.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work full-time from the office in Jaipur, begin the internship between 25 June 2026 and 30 July 2026, and commit to a 4-month duration. Applicants must be from Jaipur and should have relevant skills and interest in HR/recruitment. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are welcome to apply, and freshers may also be considered.

Other Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal ability.
• Own laptop is required.
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment workflows.
• Prior familiarity with Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and job portals will be an advantage.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and eager to learn.

Stipend and Compensation

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 9,500 to 15,000. The stipend is structured as fixed pay of ₹7,000 to ₹10,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹2,500 to ₹5,000 per month.
