Role overview
This internship is suited for a marketing-focused candidate who is comfortable working with content, social platforms, and basic research. The role involves shaping communication material, supporting digital content execution, and contributing ideas that improve how the brand communicates across channels.
What you will do
- Develop, polish, edit, and improve content used for marketing and communication activities.
- Repurpose material for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Assist with the creation of short videos, reels, and other visual content formats.
- Help plan, structure, and maintain the content calendar.
- Observe performance patterns across content channels to identify what performs well and what needs improvement.
- Study competitors operating in the learning, training, and corporate development space.
- Keep track of developments in the corporate, workplace, leadership, and learning segments.
- Use your observations to propose relevant content ideas and strengthen marketing communication.
- Support foundational research for campaigns, posts, mailers, and related communication assets.
