About the internship

This remote, part-time internship is with Cannibals Media Pvt. Ltd., a digital marketing agency known for helping brands grow through SEO, link building, branding, growth marketing, logo design, and Google My Business optimization. The team works across search, content, design, and growth to improve visibility and organic traffic for clients around the world.

What you will do

• Keep an eye on the company’s online footprint across review platforms, social channels, forums, blogs, and similar public spaces.
• Spot issues that could affect the brand’s image and escalate them to the relevant supervisor or team member.
• Reply to negative feedback, comments, or mentions in line with the company’s approved guidelines and response scripts.
• Support efforts to build and share positive content that strengthens the company’s reputation online.
• Interact with customers in a polite, professional way while addressing questions and complaints.
• Research how competitors manage their online reputation and note useful patterns or tactics.
• Help create and organize content for social media and the company website, including text, images, and videos.
• Update records and databases with online mentions, reviews, and customer interactions.
• Join team discussions and contribute ideas for improving reputation management activities.
• Follow internal rules on online communication, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Take on any additional tasks related to online reputation management as assigned by the supervisor or team.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship, able to begin between 12 June 2026 and 17 July 2026, committed to a 1-month duration, and interested in the role with relevant skills.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 4,000.
