Role Summary
This full-time remote position is focused on overseeing client accounts and making sure digital solutions are delivered successfully. The person in this role will be the main contact for assigned clients, learn their business requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute work. The role also includes monitoring timelines, reviewing performance metrics, preparing progress updates, and spotting opportunities to broaden service scope. In addition, the Account Manager will address client concerns, lead regular follow-up conversations, and support renewal and upsell discussions while working closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.
- Understand client goals, business needs, and expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan and deliver projects.
- Track deadlines, milestones, and overall project progress.
- Review performance data and prepare clear status reports.
- Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients.
- Resolve client issues quickly and professionally.
- Conduct regular check-ins to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
- Support contract renewals and upselling conversations.
- Work with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing client accounts and building trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Background in coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering work on schedule in a digital or technology environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Comfort using remote collaboration tools, CRM systems, or account management software, along with basic reporting and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and good task prioritization in a fast-moving environment.
- Prior experience in account management, client services, or customer success; exposure to digital solutions or marketing is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Ability to work independently from a remote setting while contributing to a distributed team.
