Job Purpose

This role supports management with day-to-day administration and coordination. It involves keeping operations organized, monitoring task progress and decisions, and ensuring smooth communication between departments so work is delivered efficiently and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Draft agendas, document meeting notes, and ensure follow-up on agreed action points.
