Role Summary

The Admissions Representative supports prospective students throughout the enrollment journey. This role focuses on outreach, managing a pipeline of leads, holding admissions conversations, and guiding applicants through the steps needed to enroll.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and work a database of prospective students while aiming to meet daily and weekly activity targets and enrollment outcomes.
  • Reach out to prospective students in high volumes to build trust, schedule appointments, conduct admissions conversations, and help move applicants toward enrollment.
  • Follow up consistently with applicants to keep the process moving and resolve questions or concerns.
