Role Overview

This position is for a Business Associate Manager within the Agency Sales Business Associate Model. The role sits at Assistant Manager or Manager level and is based in Rohtak and Bahadurgarh. Compensation is stated as up to 8 LPA.

About the Role

The selected professional will be accountable for building, guiding, and supervising Business Associates and Advisors so the team can meet monthly sales goals. The role also requires close attention to compliance, productivity, and relationship management across all key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and induct Business Associates as well as Advisors.
Lead regular daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings, including field-level coordination.
Support sales growth through joint customer visits and on-ground selling efforts.
Deliver monthly business objectives and participate in sales contests and campaigns.
Arrange and track mandatory regulatory and compliance training.
Make sure policy submissions, required documents, and medical approvals are completed accurately.
Maintain strong working relationships with customers and the distribution network.
Promote cross-sell, upsell, and renewal premium opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should be graduates; an MBA is preferred. The role calls for 4 to 8 years of sales management experience, with experience in insurance considered an advantage.

Any graduate can apply, though candidates with an MBA and relevant sales leadership background will be preferred.
