What you will do

• Work as a technical developer on Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion SaaS/PaaS implementation projects.
• Contribute to at least two complete Oracle Cloud / Fusion implementation engagements.
• Understand the database structure used in ERP and Oracle Cloud / Fusion environments.
• Create and maintain BI Publisher reports, FBDI/OTBI solutions, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
• Use strong Oracle Database skills, including SQL and PL/SQL, to support solution development.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance for Oracle Fusion applications.
• Partner with functional consultants so that technical outputs align with business needs.
• Build and run test plans to validate the quality of technical deliverables.
• Guide and support junior team members through technical mentorship.
• Participate across the full SDLC, from requirements collection and design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Stay current on Oracle updates, tools, and best practices, and recommend suitable technology options to clients.
• Contribute to project planning, schedules, and budget inputs.
• Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and internal teams to help ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing Oracle ERP / Fusion SaaS / PaaS solutions as a technical developer.
• At least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations completed.
• Strong understanding of ERP / Oracle Cloud (Fusion) database structures.
• Practical experience with BI Publisher, FBDI, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Solid technical command of Oracle Database SQL and PL/SQL.
• Ability to troubleshoot Oracle Fusion application issues and support technical resolutions.
• Experience working with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Capability to create and execute test plans for technical quality assurance.
• Exposure to SDLC activities including analysis, design, build, testing, and release.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for client-facing project environments.
