Role overview

Join a community-focused Starbucks store as a barista and help shape the customer experience through quality drinks, food, and service. In this role, you will be part of Cobra Coffee, the UK franchised partner for Starbucks, and contribute to a workplace that values balance, growth, and internal progression.

What you will do

• Prepare and serve beverages, whole bean coffee, and food to the required recipe and presentation standards.
• Deliver warm, memorable service by building genuine connections with customers and learning their preferences.
• Help keep the store running smoothly by supporting opening and closing routines, cash handling, and safety and security tasks.
• Step in to support teammates during busy periods so service stays consistent.
• Stay attentive to customer and store needs by understanding the store environment and what regular customers expect.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, and well organised for both customers and partners.

Working pattern
